How to make money writing articles on Wikinut
81Wikinut
Make money today.
If you want to spread your writing skills onto other platforms and enhance your earnings from article writing, then this could be the place for you.
As writers we are all here because we love to write and let our views on certain things be known.
Me, I am here first of all to help other people get started in on-line writing and money making. The internet is such a diverse way of making a second income and for more and more it is a way of making a career.
As well as writing articles here on hub pages I also use other sites in which to link to articles elsewhere within my portfolio of blogs and other musings.
I have written a number of articles on Wikinut and I found that I could start making small amounts of money from day one from page views.
There are some good features within the site and it is definitely worth adding this way of expanding your writing efforts.
I am a great believer in not keeping all your eggs in one basket, so to speak.
Don't get me wrong, however, Hub Pages is a great place to be and work on-line but I do think that we all need a back up plan. Above all running the two together can have their own benefits.
Being able to cross link your articles is great and is a sure way of getting more page views for your articles, as well as vital links.
When we start anything in order to make money it is important for us to see some results early on as we live in' the want it now or I'm quitting society' these days.
What you have to remember is that anything worth having is worth waiting for. This you have to bear in mind with article writing. From little acorns and all that.
To this end I was really surprised how quickly I began to make small amounts for my time and a little effort.
So, if you are serious about about an on-line writing career and want to start to make money today, then I suggest you get started right now. Remember the quote ' from little acorns'

Get rich slowly.
If you are looking to earn a passive income on-line then a consistent effort is what is needed to make this happen for you. Without going too in depth and detailed, by far the best way to guarantee you get some success in this area is to do it at a pace you can control.
You see so many ads for get rich quick schemes around today, but they never give you the full information on a system without you first parting with cash. You don't need to do this!
Getting rich quick just does not happen in the real world. Getting rich slowly is more my idea of a good deal. Even better is the fact that you can do it without parting with your hard earned cash first.
Everything you need to make money on-line is at your finger tips. You just need to prepare yourself to learn and be taught by other people who are willing to share their experiences with you. Those people are here on Hub Pages, you just have to find the ones you can relate to.
I have yet to find anyone who is not prepared to give their time for free for the benefit of others. We all have a vested interest in each other's success. Wikinut is no exception to this.
Think about your strategy
Before you launch into writing any article ask yourself what you hope to achieve with it. Obviously if you write 'How to' informational type articles, what is it or who is it you want to reach?
Is it your intention to get people to follow you on this site?
Do you want to simply help them to get the best out of their experience on the site?
Is it just the money you want?
My advice to you, as ever is, you have to have a greater purpose first if it is money you are wanting to accumulate. Therefore you really need to help other's make money first. This will then allow your share of any money to flow towards you, not perhaps from this work in particular. Maybe it will come to you from sources elsewhere in your armoury.

Now I was going to give you a blow by blow account of everything relating to wikinut, but I found a fellow hubber had already done this. My advice is to get across to her hub on the subject if you want the in depth analysis of the site and she will tell you about all the bells and whistles that Wikinut has.

I just read this and went over to check their site out. It seems like they don't actually get that much traffic. Have you had any luck with it so far?
Thanks for the heads-up on Wikinuts. I've never heard of it. Will check it out. I'm not sure about writing for two platforms right now but I could at least have time to review and check some. 'Like getting paid to grade papers!

Steve, great hub, very useful and interesting. I will have a look at wikinut but check out the hubs you recommend first. I have found a 'nice little earner' at Slicethepie.com where I review songs and make money. I have made £40 in the last month which is not too bad I s'pose. Voted up this hub etc etc
Thanks for this information, Steve. I tend to put too much on my plate by writing for three sites already, but Wikinut sounds promising. I will definitely check it out.

I'd never heard of "Wikinut" before. I admit the name cracks me up. I'm learning about so many websites here on HubPages: Chime.in, Wikinut, RedGage - there are just so many and not enough time. Ack! Great hub, though. I'm just going to have to make the time to check this out. :)
